DIRECTIONS:

Apply a level spoonful of "The Perfect Dose" onto clean, damp skin once or twice weekly. May be combined with other Truth Treatments products to buffer activity. If redness or irritation result, reduce the frequency of application.

For optimal results blend with Biomimetic Mineral Mist. In the palm of your hand mix Resurfacing 1% Retinol Light with 2 pumps of Biomimetic Mineral Mist. Gently massage into skin to enhance penetration. Ideal as a nighttime routine. Works especially well when blended with Truth Transdermal C Balm or Truth Omega 6 Healing Cream.

I am loving the improvement in the hyperpigmentation that I have been trying to treat for a year. I am not seeing any flaking or drying; so will probably move up to the 5% after finishing this jar.
I am concerned about an increase in very tiny black heads that I have been noticing. Is this because it is a balm?

it's the only retinol I seem to tolerate and the ingredients are clean. I really love it. PLEASE don't stop making it.

Caused breakouts, no response from company after reaching out.

I have only been using this product for a few weeks so it is too early to tell as far as the wrinkle reduction and change in my skin. However, since using this product I have been getting terrible acne. I never get pimples. I'M 45 and I have had less than 20 pimples my entire life. Since I have been using this product for the past 3 weeks I have had approx 7 pimples. I have emailed the company a few days ago and nobody has ever responded. So far, I do not think the customer service is good.

1% Retinol

I am 60 and have a sensitive Skin, I use 1%retinol with a mist every night and I really love it a lot. It doesn’t irritate my skin and in the morning I feel like I look Young and my skin is very clean and even. I highly recommend this product to anyone. Thank you Dr. Ben for creating a wonderful product.

Fantastic results!

I stalked this for way too long without taking the plunge. It’s working wonders for me (49) and my daughter (23). For her it’s taking care of acne and the discoloration it leaves behind as well as making her skin smoother. For me it’s doing all of that plus helping with mild signs of aging. I’m glad I started with the 1%, and I will most likely switch to the 5% next. We use the Omega 6 Healing Cream right after this product and love that as well!

Really Effective Vit A

This is probably my fav TT product.
Its gentle enough that I dont get any irritation but the changes in my fine lines and texture are noticeable.
I have built up to using it 3 times a week, or once a week if I use the 5%. My skin is so smooth in the morning.
