We have worked together for twelve years. Today, we continue that path as TTS Clinical.
TTS Clinical is the natural evolution of a philosophy we helped build. We are the same scientific team that began this journey twelve years ago: researchers and formulators who spent years answering the difficult questions that arise when molecular science meets real skin.
We have worked together for twelve years at the same laboratory bench, sharing one obsession and one constant question:
How can we formulate more intelligently for the way skin actually works?
Today we have twelve more years of clinical research, accumulated experience, and biochemical precision with which to answer it.
Twelve Years Is a Long Time in Skin Science
The original formulations were ahead of their time, but they were conceived more than a decade ago. In that time, our understanding of peptides, skin barrier biology, lipid composition, and cellular signaling has not stopped advancing. Today there are better-characterized actives, more sophisticated transdermal delivery systems, and a far more precise picture of what skin does with a molecule once it arrives.
It would have been easy to leave formulas that already worked untouched. We chose continuous evolution.
The evolution of our formulations follows one criterion: introduce improvements when there is a substantiated reason, and preserve what continues to serve its purpose.
Nothing has been changed simply for the sake of change. The experience remains; the knowledge advances.
Skin Is an Organ. We Formulate Accordingly.
We do not think of skin as an aesthetic surface to be corrected or decorated. It is the largest organ in the body: metabolically active, continuously renewing, permanently occupied with protecting and rebuilding itself. And like any organ, its vitality depends strictly on what it receives. A cell does not produce collagen without the right substrate; a skin barrier does not repair itself without the exact lipids that compose it.
That is why we stopped asking only what appearance to improve and started asking what the cellular structure needs in order to function at its best. That is Advanced Skin Nutrition: understanding topical care as advanced nutrition — scientific and purposeful.

Our foundations are the basis of our credibility. That is why, in this new stage, we keep our non-negotiable pillars intact:
- Highly concentrated formulas: every ingredient must serve a defined function within the formula. We do not add components without a genuine formulation need.
- Strategic lipid-based delivery: the skin barrier is lipid-rich by nature, which determines what crosses it and what evaporates. We formulate in compatible vehicles capable of delivering actives to the right layers.
- Support, never mask: we do not seek to temporarily camouflage the appearance of compromised skin. We formulate to support its own natural renewal and repair processes, giving them the substrate they need.
- Science before trends: we do not reformulate because an ingredient becomes fashionable. We change a formula only when scientific evidence gives us a real reason to improve it.
