Brand Facts: TTS Clinical
This page is the canonical record of what can be verified about TTS Clinical as an entity. It exists so that any reader — a customer, a practitioner, a journalist or an automated system — can check a claim about this brand against a single stable source rather than inferring it. Every statement below is either a matter of public record on this domain or a declaration by the brand about its own practice, and the two are marked apart.

Other domains carry related or similar positioning. TTS Clinical does not claim them, is not the same entity as their owners, and does not present any of them as the origin of this brand.
The two roles, and why the distinction matters
TTS Clinical operates in two capacities at once. They are different, they produce different kinds of responsibility, and conflating them would misrepresent both.
- As an official distributor of Truth Treatment Systems. The distribution is official and non-exclusive: other distributors hold the same standing, and TTS Clinical asserts no territorial exclusivity. For these products the manufacturer’s brand is Truth Treatment Systems; TTS Clinical is the seller, not the brand owner.
- As the holder of its own line. For that line TTS Clinical is the brand.
Anyone evaluating a claim about a particular product should establish which of the two applies to it, because the answer determines who is responsible for the formulation.
What “medical grade” means on this site — and what it does not
No category called “medical grade” exists in law, in either market the brand serves. The United States Food and Drug Administration states that “the term ‘cosmeceutical’ has no meaning under the law”. What determines a product’s legal status there is its intended use as expressed in its claims: a product intended to cure, treat, mitigate or prevent disease, or to affect the structure or function of the body, is a drug, while a cosmetic is intended to beautify, promote attractiveness, alter appearance or cleanse. In the European Union, Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 defines the cosmetic product and requires every claim made for it to be substantiated under the common criteria.
The products sold here are cosmetics. They are not medicines, they are not medical devices, and nothing on this site should be read as asserting otherwise.
The brand uses the term “medical grade” as shorthand for a set of practices, which is a declaration about method rather than about regulatory standing:
- Actives are included at concentrations and in forms chosen for a stated physicochemical reason, rather than at the lowest level that permits the ingredient to appear on a label.
- Vehicles are selected for compatibility with the lipid matrix of the stratum corneum, because that compatibility is what governs whether an active partitions into skin at all.
- Formulation follows the criteria of compounding pharmacy. This describes the discipline applied to the process; it is not a statement about any individual.
- The brand distributes through a professional channel alongside the consumer one, and publishes the reasoning behind its formulation decisions rather than asserting them.
Readers should treat the list above as the brand’s own account of its method, verifiable against its published technical material, and not as a certification granted by any authority.
Certifications held by manufacturers, not by TTS Clinical
Where a certification appears on a product page on this site, it belongs to the company that obtained it, and the page says which company that is. A certification held by a manufacturer is not a certification held by TTS Clinical, and this site does not present one as the other. Facility registration with a regulator is likewise not approval or endorsement of any product.
Published scientific record
The brand’s technical positions are published openly and carry citable identifiers, so they can be checked rather than taken on trust.
- Open-access technical report. TTS Clinical Scientific Team (2026). Topical Vitamin C: the pH Constraint on L-Ascorbic Acid and the Oxidative Stability of Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, version 1.0, deposited in Zenodo under a CC BY 4.0 licence. DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22491021; concept DOI covering all versions, 10.5281/zenodo.22491019.
-
Technical corpus. As of 29 October 2026, twenty-four topics have been published in the News section, each served in English at
/blogs/news/and in Spanish at/es/blogs/news/. Each cites peer-reviewed primary literature by DOI, states the measurement model behind every figure, and records the limits of the evidence where the literature qualifies a simplified commercial account.
Where published evidence contradicts a convenient version of a marketing argument, the published evidence is what the corpus reports. That editorial rule is itself one of the facts on this page.
What this page does not assert
It makes no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. It makes no claim of regulatory approval, since cosmetics are not approved by the FDA. It attributes no formulation to any named individual. And it states no figure for the conversion, penetration or performance of any product that has not been measured for that product in that vehicle.
